This is the 10-minute glow routine I keep going back to — clean, gentle, and easy to repeat. It's built around three small habits dermatologists keep coming back to: protect your skin from the sun, keep your routine gentle, and support it with everyday wellness choices like sleep and stress relief.

Minute 1–2 · Cleanse softly. Start with lukewarm water and a gentle cleanser. If your skin feels tight or stings after washing, that's a sign the formula is too harsh. I like Hello Skincare's clean, simple cleanser because it doesn't leave my face squeaky or red. Pat dry — don't rub.
